Our Approach

Upon receiving an expression of interest from a client in any of our services we dispatch a lead partner who takes charge of handling all points of contact between the client and Moribus-Rokh LLP.

The lead partner working with the client draws up a Scope of Work (SoW) and costs the same. Once the client signs off on the SoW a Letter of Engagement (LoE) and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) are prepared and signed between Moribus-Rokh LLP and the client.

This process then opens the way for the lead partner to put together a rapid response team of consultants to deliver on the agreed deliverables within the agreed timeframe.

Our services attract two types of fees. The first is a mobilization fee which is determined by the scope of works and a success fee which is tied to achieving the set deliverables.

This structure of fees works to align our client’s success and our consultants’ interests, by tying a large portion of fees to the client’s desired deliverables.
